Reiki Level One provides a complete system for healing self and others that can be immediately implemented in even the busiest of lives. It is easily learned in this one-day intensive format. The class is a combination of lecture, demonstration, group sharing, and experience. Students receive the Level One attunements and a full-body session, as well as conduct a session for another.
Curriculum Includes:
- Level One attunements
- History of Reiki
- Healing meditation
- Reiki for self-care
- Hand positions for mini- and full-body sessions
Reiki Level Two focuses on empowering the Reiki flow with the addition of symbols. Students are taught three of the symbols and how to incorporate them into the healing process. This powerful class is designed for both personal growth and professional development.
Curriculum Includes:
- Level Two attunement
- The power, mental, and distant symbols
- Distant healing exercises and meditations
- Programming mental patterns
- Mental/emotional clearing technique
- Opening the chakras with symbol and sound
Pre-requisite: Reiki Level One
Advanced Restorative Reiki: Although not a part of the traditional Usui System for Natural Healing, Advanced Restorative Reiki is an extremely effective class designed to further empower the healing process for the professional Reiki practitioner. It is also highly beneficial for those individuals who wish to deepen their own personal and spiritual growth through Reiki. I have drawn on my extensive training in imagery work and the mind-body connection when designing this class.
Curriculum Includes:
- Tibetan Master symbol
- Tibetan Master attunement
- Pre-surgery programming technique
- Joint clearing and release
- Imagery and healing
- Designing and programming affirmations

Master Class: In this intense weekend format, all Reiki attunements and symbols for empowerment, teaching, and healing are taught and practiced. The values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master are addressed. This sacred and powerful weekend is the climax of a transformational odyssey for the committed Reiki student.
